Either online (before and after you have booked an appointment) or verbally over the phone by our staff. Please adhere strictly to the instructions for your appointment. If you do not prepare and implement the points mentioned correctly, there is a possibility that the test cannot be carried out on the day of the examination and will still have to be charged.
