Sending in blood

As a specialist in dermatology, ENT, pulmonary diseases or pediatrics, you have the option of sending us a blood sample (either by collection from your practice or by post) for allergological testing. On request, we will send you analysis kits consisting of an eprouvette, a dispatch box and a request for findings with a medical history form (one-off or regular). Please complete the enclosed medical history form in full. In addition to the test results, we will provide you with an interpretation of the findings and further recommendations based on the medical history form.
