Research

Clinical studies in the field of diagnosis and therapy are regularly carried out at our center.

We cooperate with the Institute of Pathophysiology and Allergy Research at the Medical University of Vienna, the Department of Pediatric Pulmonology, Allergology and Endocrinology at the Medical University of Vienna, and the Vienna Challenge Chamber, and participate in the German-language anaphylaxis registry.

Vaccination of non-allergic people with recombinant, hypoallergenic fragments of birch pollen (cooperation with the MUW, Inst. f. Pathophysiology and Allergy Research; Publication: J Allergy Clin Immunol 2019)
Phase III study on the efficacy and tolerability of subcutaneous immunotherapy against birch pollen (completed in 2018)
Significance of IgE-blocking antibodies in allergoids. (Cooperation with the MUW, Inst. f. Pathophysiology and Allergy Research; Publication: Clinical Expir. Allergy 2018)
Phase IV study on the tolerability of a grass tablet for sublingual immunotherapy in children (completed in 2017)
Phase II study to determine the biological activity of a tablet for sublingual immunotherapy (completed in 2016)
